thinkBrunei.com - Thinking of the less fortunate of Brunei
ThinkBrunei.com is under the umbrella of the thinkSunrise.com project (website still under construction). We are a collection of personal blogs and our aim is to attract sponsors be it from advertising spaces on our pages to direct charity for those who need a bit of a helping hand.
As of this moment, there’s us, thinkBrunei.com, and thinkSabah.com (website also under construction but there have already been more than 3 sponsors to date). If you want to start one for your region, all you have to do is just contact us.
In Brunei, there are only a handful of organisations that have been setup, namely the Pengiran Muda Mahkota Al-Muhtadee Billah Orphans Fund, KACA and Pusat Ehsan. The Rotary Club also assist in charity events and donations.
Then there are those families who are not registered with any organisation and can only be found through the general hospital. The RIPAS Hospital keeps a record of all needy families when they come in seeking medical attention and the hospital, too, makes donation from time to time. These families need our help with their basic necessities so read on to find out how you can make a difference.
